DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
This depends on your insurance and billing needs. Gale Physical Therapy takes private patients and some insurance companies require a referral before treatment.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major insurances and deal directly with your insurance provider. We are not set up to accept Kaiser HMO, Amerigroup or Coordinated Care.
